  • Spring Opening: Includes verification and programming of the controller, replacement of the backup battery if required, alignment and adjustment of sprinklers, inspection for leaks, and more.
  • Seasonal Inspection: Comprises of inspecting and adjusting sprinklers, modifying the controller for the seasonal watering schedule, and inspecting the system for leaks and deficiencies.
  • Fall Winterization Blow-Out: Ensures the irrigation system is blown out to avoid cracked or broken lines caused by freezing water in the piping system.
