SPRING / FALL RENOVATION PACKAGES
The Spring / Fall renovation packages provide both Aeration & Over-seeding service to your turf.
Aeration is the process where small cores of soil are removed which allow water, air and fertilizer to get better and deeper access to grass plant roots while also helping to fix compacted soils.
Over-seeding is the process in which grass seed is applied to the lawn areas to encourage young youthful varieties of grass plant to come in and take over your lawn area. In return, reducing the amount of weeds/bare spots.
The cost for the renovation packages are $399* for the season
